Quick 'N Easy Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk (14 ounce Can)
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • granulated sugar
Directions
In a large bowl, beat condensed milk and peanut butter until smooth. Add Bisquick and vanilla; mix well. Shape into 1" balls. Roll in sugar. Place 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with fork. Bake at 375° for 6-8 minutes or until lightly browned.
