1 can artichoke hearts - quartered
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herbs
1 teaspoon paprika

Preheat oven to 350° F.
Drain and chop the artichoke hearts.
Combine mayonnaise, cheeses and herb blend.
Place in a pyrex dish; sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until top is golden brown. Don't overbake.
Serve warm with wheat crackers.
