Stone Jar Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup butter flavored Crisco, soft margarine will work too
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1 cup nuts or Chocolate chips may be added
Directions
Beat; Crisco, salt, vanilla, pie spice, sugar and eggs. Mix soda with flour and add half to the cookie dough. Add milk and add the rest of flour. Add nuts. Bake @ 375° for 8-9 min.
