Ingredients
  • 1 package carrot cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/2 cup butter - softened
  • 1/2 cup raisins - optional
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Container:small bowl, medium bowl, cookie sheet

  • Combine first 5 ingredients in medium sized bowl.
  • Pour the powdered sugar into a small bowl.
  • Shape into balls about 1 inch in diameter and roll in powdered sugar.
  • Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 9 minutes.
