Tallerine Casserole Recipe

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 onions, chopped (large)
  • 1 bell pepper (large)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained(optional)
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 12 ounce pkg medium egg noodles (large)
Cook noodles as directed on package. Set aside. In large skillet, mix meat, onions and bell pepper, cook 15 minutes. Salt and pepper as you wish. Add tomato soup, cream of mushroom soup, corn and Rotel tomatoes. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add cheese and noodles and mix. Put in large dish or pan and bake 45 minutes at 350°.
