  • 10 ounces chicken - canned
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 8 ounces mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese - finely shredded

  • Mix all ingredients together in a medium sized mixing bowl.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Serve with crackers.

"I served this on Rye bread, very good. I was a bit confused by the ingredient "vegetable soup mix", but I found it by the dried soup mixes - it is a Knorr (sp?) brand."
