Grape Breakfast Popover Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup fat-free milk
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon butter or stick margarine, melted
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 3/4 cups Healthy Purple Grape Topping & Filling
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
In a mixing bowl, beat the egg whites, milk, flour, butter and salt until smooth. Pour into an 8-inch square baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes or until golden and puffed. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the grape topping & filling, water and cinnamon. Heat over low heat until mixture is heated through. Cut popover into quarters; serve with grape topping. Serves 4.
