Waffle Cookies 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup shortening or margarine
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
Directions
Cream sugar and shortening. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat until fluffy. Add dry ingredients. Drop by small teaspoons on greased, hot waffle iron. Watch carefully as it takes only 1 minute to bake. Frost when cool.
