Neiman Marcus Bars Recipe

Ingredients
  • CRUST:
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • TOPPING:
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
For crust, mix ingredients and pat into a 9x13" pan.

For topping, mix ingredients and pour on top of bottom mixture. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
