Nacho Cheese Dip 13 Recipe

  • 1 box Velveeta cheese, cubed (large box)
  • 1 can original Rotel Tomatoes
  • 1/2 pound mild sausage
Brown sausage and drain off grease. Set aside. Put cheese in large glass bowl and pour tomatoes on top. Heat in microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir and continue heating for 2-minute intervals until all cheese is melted. Stir after every 2 minutes. When cheese is melted, add sausage and mix well. Transfer to a crock pot to keep warm. Heat should be at lowest setting for your crock pot. Serve with corn chips or tortilla chips.
