MEATBALL APPETIZERS 5 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 onion, minced (small)
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tube saltine crackers, crushed
  • 1 egg
  • dash of hot sauce
  • 1 180 z. jar of grape jelly
  • 1 bottle chili sauce (12 ounce bottle)
Directions
Combine ground beef, onion, ketchup, hot sauce, egg and cracker crumbs in a large bow. Mix ingredients well and roll into meatballs about the size of a small walnut. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 350° for 20-25 minutes. In a crock pot, mix grape jelly and chili sauce. Add baked meatballs; heat on low for 2-3 hours to allow flavors to blend.
