Servings: makes approximately 1 cup
Ingredients
1/2 cup red currant jelly
1 tablespoon grated orange zest (from one orange)
1/2 cup red wine (cabernet or merlot)
1/3 cup fresh orange juice
2 tablespoons sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 dash cayenne pepper
Directions

Pour jelly and grated orange rind in a bowl and beat well. Add remaining ingredients, stir until thoroughly blended.
