Cabbage Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 head cabbage, shredded (large head)
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 1 bunch green onions, cut up
  • 1/2 jar green olives, sliced
  • 1/2 carrot, shredded
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • DRESSING:
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 3 tablespoons salad oil
Directions
Mix all together, cover with 1/2 C. sugar and stir.

Mix dressing in ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour over cabbage and stir, refrigerate overnight.
