Yellow Squash Casserole 12 Recipe

  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 pound yellow squash, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped (small)
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes, drained and mashed
  • 1/2 pound cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup buttered cracker crumbs or Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Butter 9x13" Pyrex dish with the 1/2 stick of margarine. Layer remaining ingredients in order. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
