Chicken Rice (for sweet pork) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 3 cubes chicken bouillion
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried onion
  • 1/4 bunch cilantro finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 fresh lime
Directions
Add all ingredients exept lime to a deep saucepan bring to a boil. Place lid on pot and lower heat to simmer. Cook until done stirring only once. Fluff with fork and squirt with fresh lime to taste. Serve with Sweet Pork
