Raw Vegetable Salad 5 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 can carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 head broccoli
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 can green beans
  • 6 stalks celery
  • 4 tomatoes or 28 ounce can
  • DRESSING:
  • 1 can Healthy Choice tomato soup
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon slt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar substitute
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
Directions
Use 5 quart ice cream bucket. Cut up all vegetables. Combine dressing ingredients and pour over veggies. Marinate at least 24 hours. Will keep for 1 week in refrigerator.
