Twice Baked Seafood Potato Recipe

  • 4 baking potatoes (large)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 can crab meat
  • 1 can shrimp
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt/Pepper to taste
Prick potatoes with fork to release steam

Rub potatoes with butter

Sprinkle salt on potatoes

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes

Cut potatoes in half and scoop out potato pulp

Return potato skin to oven for 5 minutes

In large bowl combine potato pulp, sour cream, butter, crab meat, shrimp, green onions Salt/Pepper. Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese on top.

Return to oven and bake 20 minutes.
