Stir Fry Vegetables 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 head cauliflower
  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 1 package baby carrots (small pkg)
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons chicken seasoning
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 cup water
  • grated Parmesan
Directions
Cut all vegetables in bite size pieces. Put butter into a large skillet or wok. Add garlic and carrots and sauté for 5 minutes. Add the rest of the vegetables and seasonings. Add the water and cover the skillet. Cook the vegetables until tender, stirring frequently. When almost done, sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese and serve.
