Pasta Casserole 2 Recipe

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/2 pound sliced pepperoni
  • 1 onion, chopped (medium)
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce (28 ounce jar)
  • 1 cup spring macaroni, cooked and drained
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
  • 1 cup shell macaroni, cooked and drained
  • 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
Brown ground beef, drain, add onion, pepper, pepperoni and mushrooms. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add macaroni and sauce. Heat mixture thoroughly. Place in casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350°. for 15 minutes.
