  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 box jiffy corn bread mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
Container:2 quart baking dish

Mix all ingredients. Spray pan with cooking spray and bake for 45 minutes at 350° F.

"I needed something quick last night to serve with a meatloaf and baked potatoes. I tried this recipe because I thought it looked like it was easy to make. It was very simple to make but after I had it all mixed together I felt it didn't have enough corn in it so I added a second can of regular corn. That helped a lot. Otherwise it was very tasty. I would make it again (with an extra can of regular corn)."
