Vegetable Casserole 5 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 packages California blend vegetables (large packages)
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1/3 pound cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 pound Ritz crackers
  • 1/4 cup margarine
Directions
Cook and drain frozen vegetables. Melt 1/4 cup margarine and cheese. Put vegetables in 2 qt casserole and mix in the marg. and cheese. Crush crackers and mix with remaining marg. Sprinkle this on top of vegetables and bake 25 minutes at 350.
