Zucchini Stew 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 8 cups cubed 1/2 zucchini
  • 8 cups Pork steak cut inch 1/4 stripes braised inch oil (drain off oil)
  • 3/4 diced onion
  • 1 - 14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes - pureed for juice
  • 3 - 28 ounce can petite diced tomatoes
  • 1 can drained corn (optional)
  • Chili powder to taste
Directions
Cook all ingredients in slow cooker on high till done.
