Potato Cheese Soup 21 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 cups potatoes, diced
  • 1 1/2 cups celery, diced
  • 2 cups carrots, diced
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 6 cups milk
  • 3 cups ham, diced
  • 1 pound Velveeta cheese
Directions
Cook vegetables until tender, drain.

Add milk, ham and cheese. Cook on low until cheese melts.
