Mango Salsa 10 Recipe

  • 2 mangos, diced
  • 1 peach, peeled, diced
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (small can)
  • 1/4 cup red pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, diced
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
Make sure all fruits and veggies are diced or cut to the size you prefer. Add all ingredients to a small pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 min.

**This is delicious served over fish, chicken or pork. Or you can serve it cold with some cinnamon chips or crackers & cream cheese. This is a very versatile recipe. You can add more peppers to make it spicy. You can add tomatoes (I don't because I don't like them). You can add whatever fruit you want, strawberries, raspberries, oranges, or leave some of them out, it doesn't really matter. You can eliminate the cooking process if you want to. I cook it to make the fruit softer, and to let all of the juices fuse together better.
