VEGETABLE SALAD 20 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 1 can green beans, drained
  • 1 can peas, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups diced celery
  • 1 onion, cut into rings (medium)
  • 1 Green Pepper, sliced
  • 1 chopped pimento
Directions
Bring to a boil: vinegar, sugar and oil to make the marinade. Cool.

Mix vegetables and pour brine over. Refrigerate overnight.
