Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef
1 envelope onion soup mix (1.25 ounce envelope)
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
24 dinner rolls (split for filling)
1/2 cup sliced pickles (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray. Crumble and brown ground beef, adding onion soup mix as cooking. Remove from heat, stir mayonnaise and cheddar cheese into the ground beef. Lay the bottoms of the dinner rolls on prepared baking sheet, spread the cheese and beef mixture on the bottom half of each roll. Top with 2 sliced pickles for each roll (if desired), replace top half of roll. Cover with another sheet of aluminum foil. Bake until heated through, approximately 30 minutes.
