Vegetable Ham Alfredo Soup Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 3 tablespoons chicken bullion
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 onion, chopped (small)
  • 1 cup carrots Diced
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and diced (small)
  • 1 cup frozen green beans
  • 1 cup ham chopped
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz pkg)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Directions
Bring water, bullion, salt and pepper and parsley to a boil in large pan. Add vegetables and simmer until tender. In medium saucepan, warm sauce of cream cheese, cream, and cheese on medium heat until combines. Add to vegetable mixture and then add in ham. Serve with bread.
