Vegetable Salad 12 Recipe

  • 1 can lima beans
  • 1 can white corn
  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 2 cans cubed carrots
  • 2 onions, chopped (large)
  • 1 cup green peppers, chopped
  • 2 cups celery, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 2 cups vinegar
  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Drain all vegetables. Rinse lima and kidney beans. Add chopped onions, green peppers and celery. Boil vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and celery seed.

Let cool until warm. Pour over vegetables. Keeps 4 to 6 weeks in refrigerator.
