Ingredients
1 package romaine and leaf lettuce (10 ounce bag)
1 shredded Mexican cheese blend (1 cup 4 ounce )
2 packages frozen Southwest flavored chicken strips, cooked (6 ounce pkgs)
1 can sliced black olives, drained (2 1/4 ounce can)
4 Roma tomatoes, quartered or cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup chili flavored corn chips, slightly crunched
Dressing
1/2 cup Old El Paso thick and chunky salsa
1/2 cup southwest sour cream dip or 1/2 cup sour cream plus 2 teaspoon taco seasoning
Directions
Mix all ingredients, except chips and dressing together, in large bowl. Mix dressing ingredients and toss salad with dressing until coated. Sprinkle with corn chips.
