Caramel Apple Salad (Sugar Free) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 apples, with or without peel
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained (20 ounce can)
  • 1 box instant, sugar free butterscotch pudding
  • 1 container sugar free cool whip
Directions
Mix pudding with the Cool Whip then fold in the apples and pineapple. For Weight Watchers it is 1/2 c = 2 pts. Try different versions, pudding and fruit.
