Spinach Dip with Water Chestnuts Recipe

You will love this spinach dip that has a little crunch to it with the addition of water chestnuts. Whether served with beer bread, rye bread, bagels, or crackers, this dip makes a perfect dip for your next get-together.

Ingredients
  • 1 package frozen spinach, thawed (9 or 10 oz. pkg.)
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • 1 package Knorrs vegetable soup mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
Directions

  • Drain moisture from thawed spinach and squeeze excess liquid out. Place in bowl.
  • Chop the water chestnuts; add them to the bowl with the spinach.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and stir together until evenly mixed. Chill before serving.
