Ingredients
8 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 cup Hidden Valley Lite Buttermilk Ranch salad dressing
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup bread crumbs made from wheat or fiber bread
1 each onion powder (1/2 teaspoon each)
1 each garlic powder (1/2 teaspoon each)
1 each onion celery salt (1/2 teaspoon each)
Directions
Pour salad dressing in Ziploc bag, add Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and a dash of onion powder and garlic powder. Add chicken breasts to dressing mixture and refrigerate for several hours. Add 1/2 tsp. of each seasoned powder to bread crumbs. Remove chicken breasts from bag and roll in seasoned bread crumbs. Place in baking dish with 1/2 C. melted butter. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until light brown.
