Caramel Sauce 8 Recipe

  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
In heavy sauce pan melt butter along with brown sugar until melted and bubbly, about 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat while you add the heavy cream, this can rise to the top very quickly. Add the cream slowly and stir in completely. Stir in the vanilla. Cool and store in plastic container in refrigerator. Reheat in a pan of hot water or very carefully in the microwave.
