Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe

  • 10 ounces frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 can quartered artichoke hearts, drained (14 ounce can)
  • 1 container garlic and herb spreadable cheese (5 ounce container)
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounces Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preheat oven to 400°. Drain spinach and artichokes well between layers of paper towels. Stir together spinach, artichokes, garlic and herb cheese, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Spoon into a lightly greased 11x7 inch baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle with bacon. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
