| | Directions | | Preheat oven to 400°. Drain spinach and artichokes well between layers of paper towels. Stir together spinach, artichokes, garlic and herb cheese, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Spoon into a lightly greased 11x7 inch baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle with bacon. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips. |
