Whipped Cream Frosting 3 Recipe

Cook flour and milk together until thick. Cool until it looks like soft cream cheese. In a large bowl, put Crisco, margarine, and sugar. Cream until smooth and fluffy then add flour mixture. Beat until smooth then add 1 tsp. vanilla. Frosts large 2 layer cake.
