Ingredients
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup beer
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • pepper to taste
  • oil for frying
Directions
Mix well and dip cleaned fish fillets in batter. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
