  • 1 onion, diced
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 4 ounces cooking Sherry
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce

In a large skillet, cook onions and mushrooms in butter over medium-high heat until tender and golden.

Add teriyaki, Sherry and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer 20 minutes or until sauce begins to thicken.
