SCALLOPS AU GRATIN 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound Scallops
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/3 cup condensed cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
  • salt & pepper
  • hot pepper sauce
  • 2 tablespoons grated cheese
  • 2 tablespoons bread crumbs
Directions
Sauté scallops in 1 tablespoon of butter for 2 minutes. Stir in soup, then season to taste with salt, pepper and a dash of pepper sauce. Put in buttered shallow baking dish. Mix cheese, bread crumbs and 1 tablespoon melted butter together, and pour over top of scallops. Broil until lightly browned.
