Chicken Marsala 44 Recipe

  • 4 whole chicken breasts-cubed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 or 2 cloves of garlic smashed
  • 1/3 cup onion slices
  • 1/3 cup Marsala wine
  • 1 cup thickly sliced mushrooms sautéed (regular or portobella)
Lightly brown chicken breasts on both sides in the oil, add in the onion, mushrooms, and garlic. Pour wine over the chicken, you may need to add some water or chicken broth. Cover tightly cook over low heat for 30 minutes. Serve with pasta noodle or rice.
