Baked Round Steak 3 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds round steak(cut 1 inch thick)
  • 1/4 pound Butter
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 envelope Liptons dry onion soup
Directions
Spread butter on round steak. Sprinkle soup over the buttered round steak, then sliced mushrooms. Wrap in 2 thicknesses of foil, place in covered roaster and bake at least 2 hours at 325°F Serve 4-6
