Crunchy Orange Roughy Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound thawed orange roughy fillets
  • 1 bottle Caesar dressing
  • crushed potato chips
  • shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Marinate orange roughy in Caesar dressing for 15 minutes at room temperature. Place in pan bake in oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes

Top with grated cheese and potato chips, bake for another 5 minutes.
