Chicken Breast in Sour Cream 2 Recipe

  • 1 jar dried beef (chopped into small pieces)
  • 6 boneless chicken breasts (skinned and split inch half)
  • 2 Cartons sour cream
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 6 slices bacon
Sprinkle dried beef chips in the bottom of 13 x 9" greased casserole dish. Wrap each piece of chicken with 1/2 slice of bacon and place on top of chipped beef in casserole dish. Mix sour cream and soup and pour over chicken. Bake at 275° for 2 1/2 - 3 hours. Serve a piece of chicken with gravy over cooked rice. Makes 6 - 8 servings.
