Butter Baked Chicken 2 Recipe

  • 3 pounds cut up chicken
  • 1 can pet milk (evaporated) (small can)
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 can water
  • 1/4 cup milk
Heat oven to 350°. Mix flour, salt, pepper, melt butter in pan. Dip chicken in evaporated milk. Roll in flour. Place in 13 x 9 inch pan. Pour soup, milk, water over and bake till chicken is done. Serve with biscuits.
