  • 1 beef roast
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 packet dry Italian dressing
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon oregano

Put roast in crock pot on low.

Mix remaining ingredients and pour over roast.

Cook on low for 8-10 hours.

Take meat out of crock pot and shred. Put back into juices in crock pot and cook until ready to serve.
