  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 6 ounces light rum
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 4 cups crushed ice
  • ice cubes

Combine coconut milk, pineapple juice, rum and ice in blender and blend 10-20 seconds.

Serve over ice cubes in tall glasses. Garnish with sliced pineapple, if desired.
