Pineapple Pork Tenderloin Recipe

Ingredients
2 pork tenderloins, 10-12 ounces each
2 - 8 1/4 ounce pineapple tidbits inch own juice, drained except for 1/4 cup
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cloves garlic crushed
1/4 cup sherry or apple juice
2 slices ginger root, crushed
2 tablespoons Chili Sauce
1 cup honey
1 teaspoon Salt
1 green onion sliced
Directions
Place pork tenderloins in a plastic bag, mix all ingredients and pour over pork. Refrigerate for at least two hours. Heat oven to 325 degrees. Place pork and all bag ingredients in a 9x13 pan. Bake uncovered for approximately one hour or until thermometer reads 160 degrees.
