Pineapple Pork Tenderloin - Recipe

Directions
Place pork tenderloins in a plastic bag, mix all ingredients and pour over pork. Refrigerate for at least two hours. Heat oven to 325 degrees. Place pork and all bag ingredients in a 9x13 pan. Bake uncovered for approximately one hour or until thermometer reads 160 degrees.

-2 pork tenderloins, 10-12 ounces each
-2 - 8 1/4 ounce pineapple tidbits inch own juice, drained except for 1/4 cup
-2 tablespoons soy sauce
-2 cloves garlic crushed
-1/4 cup sherry or apple juice
-2 slices ginger root, crushed
-2 tablespoons Chili Sauce
-1 cup honey
-1 teaspoon Salt
-1 green onion sliced
