Leftover Thanksgiving Turkey Casserole Recipe

A great casserole that will help use up those leftovers after the holiday meal. Or if you're in the mood from a comforting hotdish, simply make it with instant mashed potatoes and Stove Top Stuffing.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups turkey, cooked, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10 3/4 ounce can)
  • 2 1/3 cups milk
  • 3 cups mashed potatoes
  • 3 cups stuffing

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a medium bowl, mix soup, turkey and milk.

In a greased 9x13 inch pan, spread potatoes, then the stuffing, and top with turkey mixture. Bake for 25 minutes.

"I didn't have any Thanksgiving leftovers, but I had a hankering for all the fixin's. So I used Stove Top stuffing, instant mashed potatoes and rotisserie chicken. DELICIOUS! Oh, how much better it would have been with the real things!"
