Chicken Pot Pie 108 Recipe

  • 1 boiled chicken (deboned)
  • Chicken broth from chicken
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cans veg all
  • 2 cans croissants
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper
In pot add deboned chicken,1 stick butter,veg-all,cream of chicken,salt and pepper. Cook on medium heat until well heated if too thick add 1/2 to 1 cup of broth .Pour into dish, add cheese and take cans of crossiant and flatten out and lay on top, may want to reserve few pieces to fill in any holes .Place oven on 350 and bake until croissant's are lightly brown. Use remaining butter on top of crossiant's.
